LULU’S ANGEL FUND, PACC911 CELEBRATE 500TH DOG RESCUE!

CONGRATULATIONS, EMMA!

PACC911 and Lulu’s Angel Fund recently celebrated rescue number 500!  PACC911 partnered with Arizona Poodle Rescue to take in a standard poodle who had been abandoned in a home, and was waiting for her owners to return.  Lou Murphy, the Founder of Arizona Poodle Rescue, offered to take her in until the owners were found.  When Lou arrived, the poodle was a mess, with a growth over one eye, a growth on her neck and a chain of mammary tumors on her belly requiring surgery.  This sweet girl was believed to be maybe 6-8 years old.

Sadly, her owners did not return but this story has a happy ending.  Barbara Hahne and her family adopted “Emma” who loves to run around in her new backyard and pick apples with her mom every morning.  She enjoys her daily trip to Starbucks followed by a homemade treat.  Emma is now living the good life thanks to PACC911 and Lulu’s Angel Fund!
