At the invitation of Brigadier General James Bierman, Tim Day was asked to be the Parade Reviewing Officer (PRO) for the June 12 graduation ceremonies at MCRD San Diego, California.  Tim was originally planning to just visit and tour the Base as a guest of the MCRD Museum Foundation, so this offer was an unexpected and welcomed honor.
