“The Pet Champion Excellence Award” honors a person or organization that has made an extraordinary contribution to pets in Arizona.  This year’s honoree was our very own Sandy Day.  Lost Our Home Pet Rescue made these comments, “Sandy is truly an exemplar of everything this award represents illustrating both the transformative difference one pet can make in a person’s life and the tremendous impact one person can make in the lives of rescue pets.”
